Medical candidates: Recognised medical qualification under the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, plus postgraduate qualification (MD/MS or equivalent); for super-specialities, D.M./M.Ch. in the relevant discipline. • Medical candidates: recognised medical qualification plus MD/MS (or D.M./M.Ch. for super-specialities), with post-specific years of teaching/research experience
• Non-medical candidates: relevant Master's degree plus Doctorate from a recognised university, with post-specific years of experience after the doctorate
• Indian citizens and other citizens permissible under applicable Act/Rules, including OCI cardholders (as per MHA Order dated 02.08.2018), are eligible

• SC/ST/Women: ₹2,000 + ₹100 processing fee = ₹2,100
• PwBD: Exempted from fee, ₹100 processing fee only
• Fee once paid is non-refundable; separate fee required for each post applied

• Professor: Level 14-A, minimum pay ₹1,68,900 (plus NPA for medically qualified candidates)
• Additional Professor: Level 13-A2+, minimum pay ₹1,48,200 (plus NPA)
• Associate Professor: Level 13-A1+, minimum pay ₹1,38,300 (plus NPA)
• Assistant Professor: Level 12, minimum pay ₹1,01,500 (plus NPA), with provision to move to Level 13 after three years
• Plus usual allowances admissible to Central Government employees of similar status at AIIMS Mangalagiri
