• Candidate must be a citizen of India, of sound health, and free from disqualifying conditions specified in the notification (bigamous marriage, prior dismissal from government service, conviction involving moral turpitude)
• Selected candidates must serve at least one year; early resignation (barring a permanent government job) requires forfeiting ₹10,000 and an affidavit/bond
• This is an outsourcing-basis appointment; selected candidates are not members of the regular service
