APSSB CHSL 2026 — Combined Higher Secondary Level Exam, Arunachal Pradesh (207 Posts) — Opens 20 July

The Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board (APSSB) has released Advt. No. 05/26 for the Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination (CHSLE) 2026 with 207 Group C vacancies across 9 posts — Stockman (89, largest), Agriculture Field Assistant, Data Entry Operator, Junior Secretariat Assistant, Lower Division Clerk, Laboratory Assistant, Fishery Demonstrator, Field Assistant, and Record Keeper. Posts span multiple departments including Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Land Management, and Secretariat Administration. No negative marking. Candidates must score minimum 33% aggregate to qualify. Selection through Written Exam (Stage-I, 20 September 2026) and Skill Test (Stage-II, from 10 October 2026) for applicable posts.

12th pass (Senior Secondary) from a recognized board. DEO/JSA/LDC/Record Keeper also need 6-month Diploma in Computer Application (AICTE/APCTE recognized) + 35 WPM typing. Fishery Demonstrator: 12th Science with Biology. Lab Assistant: 12th Science. Field Assistant: 12th with Maths/Geography.

18–35 years as on 10 August 2026; relaxation per Arunachal Pradesh Govt rules

• 12th pass from a recognized board or institution.
• Post-specific requirements: DEO/JSA/LDC need 6-month Diploma in Computer Application + 35 WPM typing. Fishery Demonstrator needs 12th Science with Biology.
• Age 18–35 years as on 10 August 2026.

1. Visit apssb.nic.in from 20 July 2026.
2. Register and fill the online application form.
3. Upload photo (50-100KB) and signature (10-50KB).
4. Pay ₹150 (APST) or ₹200 (UR) online. Free for PwBD.
5. Submit before 10 August 2026 (5:00 PM).
