  • Head Constable Driver: Class X and a valid HMV licence
  • Driver LMV: Class X, valid LMV licence and at least 3 years of LMV driving experience
  • Driver HMV: Class X, valid HMV licence and at least 3 years of HMV driving experience
  • Constable (MT) Driver (IRBn and Civil Police): Class X and a valid HMV or LMV licence
  • Field Publicity Assistant: Class XII with a Diploma in TV, Radio or Sound System, or Electrical or Electronics

Eligibility

  • Indian citizen and inhabitant of Arunachal Pradesh with a valid Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC)
  • Must hold an Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe (APST) certificate
  • Must speak an indigenous tribal language of Arunachal Pradesh
  • Age and qualification are counted as on 05 November 2026
  • Health posts: Class XII with the post-specific diploma or course and council registration where required
  • Driver posts: Class X with a valid LMV or HMV licence; Driver LMV and HMV also need 3 years of driving experience
  • Driving licences must be valid on the closing date, the driving test date and the document verification date
  • Police driver posts: height 160 cm (152 cm for APST candidates of Tirap, Changlang and Longding), chest 79/84 cm, plus vision and medical fitness
  • Minimum 33% in each written paper to qualify
  • 2 posts reserved for PwBD and 15 for ex-servicemen within the total
