Overview
Assam University, Silchar (a Central University under UGC) has released Employment Notification No. 2/2026 dated 26 May 2026 for 123 teaching positions — Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor across multiple departments at Silchar Headquarters and Diphu Campus. This includes regular, backlog, and leave vacancies across Arts, Science, Social Sciences, Commerce, Engineering, and other faculties. Open to Indian citizens and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI). Eligibility
