• Assistant Grade-3 (Nishpadan Lipik, Sakshya Lekhak, Aadeshika Lekhak): Graduate from a recognised university with a one-year computer diploma, Hindi and English typing knowledge, and knowledge of Chhattisgarh local language

• Relaxation up to 40 years for Chhattisgarh domicile; 5 years for SC/ST/OBC; 10 years for women; maximum 45 years with all relaxations combined

• Assistant Grade-3: Graduate with one-year computer diploma
• Knowledge of Chhattisgarh local language required for all posts
