Overview
The Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission (BPSSC) has released the notification (Advt. No. 07/2026) for 22 Assistant Sub-Inspector (Technical) posts in the Bihar Police Radio (Wireless) organisation. This is a technical-wing position for diploma holders in electronics, telecom, IT, or electrical engineering. Selection is through a written exam, Physical Eligibility Test (PET), document verification, medical, and final merit list. Eligibility
* 3-year Diploma in Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Information Technology, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) from a recognized Polytechnic — completed by 01 August 2025.
* Age 21–37 years for General Male; up to 40 for BC/EBC; up to 42 for SC/ST; +3 years for all female candidates — as on 01 August 2025.
* Must meet physical standards (height, chest) as specified in the notification.
