CMET Project Fellow Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post

Centre for Materials for Electronics Technology (C-MET), an autonomous scientific society under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, has released the Project Fellow Recruitment 2026 under Advertisement No. HD/02/Rectt/3/SP-49/2026 for 1 vacancy. This contractual position is based at the C-MET Hyderabad centre in Telangana. Selected candidates require an M.Sc. with First Class in Chemistry or Materials Science, a B.Tech./BE with First Class in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation or Environmental Engineering, or an M.Tech. with First Class in e-Waste Resource Engineering Management. The Project Fellow post carries a salary of Rs. 31,000 plus 30% HRA, totalling Rs. 40,300 per month, along with one month's basic pay for medical expenditure reimbursement.
