CSIR — National Institute of Science Communication and Policy Research (NIScPR), New Delhi, has released Project Associate & Senior Project Associate Recruitment 2026 under Advt No. NIScPR/ULIP/VII/2026-R&A for 14 posts on a contractual basis. This central government job 2026 opening spans IT/computer science, natural/agricultural/pharmaceutical sciences, and specialized science communication roles including Reporter-Content Developer, Graphic Designer, and Audio & Video Editor. • Project Associate-I (IT/Computer Science) — 1 post: MCA/BE/BTech in IT/Computer Science or equivalent degree
• Project Associate-I (Natural/Agricultural/Pharmaceutical Sciences) — 2 posts: Masters/Integrated Masters in Natural/Agricultural/Pharmaceutical Sciences/MVSc/Animal Sciences, or Bachelor's in Engineering/Technology/Medicine
• Project Associate-II — 4 posts: Same qualification as PAT-I with 2 years' experience
• Senior Project Associate — 4 posts: Same qualification with 3 years' experience, or Doctoral Degree
• Sr. Project Associate cum Reporter-Content Developer (English) — 1 post: Master's in Natural/Agricultural Sciences/MVSc or Bachelor's in Engineering/Technology/Medicine/Journalism/Mass Communication/Science Communication with 4 years' experience
• Sr. Project Associate cum Graphic Designer — 1 post: Same qualification base plus Graphic Designing/Visual Communication and Multimedia background, 4 years' experience
• Sr. Project Associate cum Audio & Video Editor — 1 post: Same qualification base with 4 years' experience

• Project Associate-I (PAT-I): Maximum 35 years
• Senior Project Associate/Senior PAT and other Sr. Project Associate posts: Maximum 40 years
• Age relaxation as per government rules

• Project Associate-I: MCA/BE/BTech in IT/Computer Science, or Master's/Bachelor's in Natural/Agricultural/Pharmaceutical Sciences/Engineering/Technology/Medicine
• Project Associate-II: Same qualification with 2 years' experience
• Senior Project Associate: Same qualification with 3 years' experience, or Doctoral Degree
• Sr. Project Associate (specialized roles): Master's/Bachelor's in relevant field plus Journalism/Mass Communication/Science Communication/Graphic Designing background with 4 years' experience
