DC Office Bengaluru Urban 2026 — 142 Helper & Cleaner Posts by 21 Aug

The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, District Urban Development Cell (DUDC), Bengaluru Urban District has invited applications for 142 vacant direct-payment (Nerapavati) posts under Notice No. DUDC/Sibbandi/Nerapavati/CR/225/2026-27 dated 20 July 2026. The vacancies are split between two city municipal councils in Bengaluru Urban district — Madanayakanahalli Nagarasabhe with 62 posts and Hebbagodi Nagarasabhe with 80 posts. This is one of the larger Karnataka Sarkari Naukri 2026 openings at the municipal level and carries no educational qualification requirement. These are UGD Helper, Cleaner and Helper roles handling underground drainage maintenance, sanitation and general municipal support work within the two council jurisdictions. A crucial condition applies: only candidates who have already served at least one continuous year in these roles on an outsourcing, daily wage or contract basis with the respective municipal council are eligible. The drive converts existing outsourced and daily-wage workers into direct-payment posts on the council establishment rather than recruiting fresh candidates from the open market. Applications are accepted offline only. The application form must be collected from the Madanayakanahalli or Hebbagodi Nagarasabhe office. The application window runs from 22 July 2026 to 21 August 2026. Candidates from Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Category-1, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, General and all other categories may apply. The candidate must have worked for a minimum of one year as a UGD Helper, Cleaner or Helper on outsourcing, daily wage or contract basis in Madanayakanahalli City Municipal Council or Hebbagodi City Municipal Council.

4. Fill the application form completely in the prescribed format
5. Attach proof of your minimum one year prior service with the respective municipal council
6. Attach age proof, caste or category certificate where applicable and address proof
7. Attach passport size photographs as required
8. Submit the completed application at the concerned Nagarasabhe office between 22 July 2026 and 21 August 2026
9. Obtain acknowledgement of submission from the office
10. Retain a photocopy of the submitted application for future reference
