Qualification
Medical Officer: MBBS degree with registration in the Karnataka Medical Council. Junior Laboratory Technical Officer: SSLC or PUC with a Diploma in Laboratory Technology, mandatory registration with the Karnataka State Paramedical Board, and computer literacy. Nursing Officer: B.Sc Nursing or GNM from a recognised nursing school with registration in the Karnataka Nursing Council, and computer literacy. Junior Primary Health Safety Officer: Junior Health Assistant training with mandatory registration in the Karnataka State Paramedical Board, and computer literacy. All candidates other than MBBS doctors must hold a computer knowledge certificate from KEONICS or a government recognised institution.

Medical Officer: within 60 years. Junior Laboratory Technical Officer: within 45 years. Nursing Officer: within 45 years. Junior Primary Health Safety Officer: within 40 years.
