Selection is based on a Walk-in Interview followed by Document Verification, with no separate written test. Candidates must attend the walk-in interview at DMSRDE, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, on 2 September 2026, carrying all original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies including ID proof, educational certificates, and experience certificates. There is no application fee for this recruitment, and age relaxation of 5 years is available for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates (OBC creamy layer not eligible).
