• Junior Research Fellow (JRF), 15 posts — Computer Science/IT Engineering, Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering & Production, or Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Instrumentation/Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Control/Electrical & Electronics Communication Engineering; B.E./B.Tech in first division with valid GATE score, OR M.Tech in first division at both Graduate and Post-graduate level
• Research Associate (RA), 2 posts — same eligible disciplines as JRF, plus 3 years of research, teaching, design or development experience after M.Tech, with at least one research paper published in an SCI journal
• Age: Maximum 28 years (JRF), Maximum 35 years (RA); relaxable for SC/ST/OBC as per Government of India orders
• Job Type: Project-based Fellowship/Associateship, governed by DRDO/MoD policy; does not confer any right to absorption in DRDO
