Goa PSC Recruitment 2026 under Advertisement No. 10/2026 is out for 40 posts. The Goa Public Service Commission published the notice on 09 October 2026 for 25 Nursing Tutors and 2 Biochemists in the Directorate of Health Services, 8 Assistant Professors at Goa Medical College in Gastroenterology, Cardiac Anaesthesiology and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, 2 Associate Professors of Nursing, and 3 Senior Technical Examiner and Technical Examiner posts in the Directorate of Vigilance on deputation. Pay ranges from Level 6 for Tutor and Biochemist to Level 11 for Assistant and Associate Professors and Level 12 for the Senior Technical Examiner. The Tutor posts, the largest group, need an M.Sc Nursing (or B.Sc Nursing where M.Sc holders are not available) with 3 years experience, and are split as 13 UR, 7 OBC, 3 ST and 2 EWS, with one seat for a candidate with locomotor disability. Qualification
- Tutor (Nursing): M.Sc Nursing, or if unavailable B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing, with 3 years experience including 1 year teaching in a school or college of nursing
- Associate Professor (Medical Surgical Nursing / Midwifery & Obstetrical Nursing): Master's in Nursing in the speciality with at least 55%, plus 10 years teaching after M.Sc Nursing (or 5 years in a college plus 10 years aggregate)
- Assistant Professor (Medical Gastroenterology, Surgical Gastroenterology, Cardiac Anaesthesiology): MBBS, PG degree and DM/M.Ch in the super-speciality, plus 1 year teaching or research after DM/M.Ch (not needed for 3-year DM/M.Ch)
- Assistant Professor (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation): MBBS plus PG degree in the speciality and 3 years as lecturer or equivalent
- Biochemist: M.Sc with Biochemistry as a principal subject
- Senior Technical Examiner / Technical Examiner (deputation): Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering and the required regular service in the grade
- Knowledge of Konkani is required for all direct recruitment posts
Age Limit
- Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Biochemist, Tutor: not exceeding 45 years
- Senior Technical Examiner, Technical Examiner (transfer on deputation): no age limit specified
- Relaxation as per Government of Goa rules
