GSRTC Conductor 2026 — Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (4,318 Posts)

Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) has released a massive recruitment notification for 4,318 Conductor posts on a direct recruitment (fixed pay contract) basis. Selected candidates will be appointed on a 5-year contract at ₹26,000/month. After satisfactory completion, they become eligible for regular appointment under GSRTC's prevailing pay scale. Selection is through an OMR-based Written Examination followed by Document Verification. Candidates must hold a valid Conductor License and Badge from RTO along with 12th pass qualification. Knowledge of Gujarati is essential.

12th pass (HSC) from GSEB or equivalent recognized board + valid Conductor License and Badge issued by Provincial Transport Office (RTO)

18–35 years as on 05 July 2026; relaxation per Gujarat rules

• 12th pass (HSC) from Gujarat Secondary Education Board or equivalent recognized board.
• Must hold a valid Conductor License and Badge issued by Provincial Transport Office (RTO).
• Age 18–35 years as on 05 July 2026 (relaxation per Gujarat rules).
• Adequate knowledge of Gujarati language.

₹500 + GST (Unreserved); ₹200 + GST (Reserved SC/ST/SEBC/EWS/PwBD/Ex-SM)

Fixed pay ₹26,000/month for 5-year contract; eligible for regular appointment after satisfactory completion

2. Register and fill the online application form.
3. Upload photo, signature, and documents.
4. Pay fee online and submit before 05 July 2026 (fee by 07 July).
