• Valid Low Vision (LV) disability certificate, 40%-70% disability
• Age 18-35 years as on 10 August 2026, with Divyang relaxation up to maximum 45 years
• Basic computer knowledge and knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi

• General/Unreserved: Rs. 500
• Reserved category (Women, SEBC, SC, ST, EWS, Divyang, Ex-servicemen): Rs. 400
• Fee refunded to candidates who appear for the exam; last date to pay 13 August 2026
