HAL Management Trainee & Design Trainee 2026 — 120 Posts

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a Maharatna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, has released the Management Trainee and Design Trainee Recruitment 2026 under advertisement number HAL/CHRC-TM/RECT-02/2026. A total of 120 vacancies are on offer, split equally between 60 Management Trainee (Technical) and 60 Design Trainee posts across HAL's divisions, research and design centres, and offices. Engineering graduates from across the country can apply online through the HAL careers portal. Candidates need a full-time four-year BE or BTech degree in the relevant branch, with at least 65 percent aggregate marks for General, OBC and EWS applicants and 55 percent for SC, ST and PwBD applicants. The online application window is open from 29 July 2026 to 14 August 2026 at www.hal-india.co.in, with a fee of ₹500 for General, OBC and EWS candidates and full exemption for SC, ST and PwBD candidates. The upper age limit is 28 years, with relaxations allowed as per government norms.

• Upper age limit 28 years, with 5 years relaxation for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)
