HP JSV Para Pump Operator/Fitter/MPW Recruitment 2026 — 40 Posts, Apply by 20 Aug (HP)

Himachal Pradesh Jal Shakti Vibhag (HP JSV) has released Para Pump Operator, Para Fitter, and Para Multi-purpose Worker Recruitment 2026 for 40 contractual posts — 12 Para Pump Operator, 3 Para Fitter, and 25 Para Multi-purpose Worker. Candidates holding Matriculation with an ITI certificate in the relevant trade, or Middle Pass for the Multi-purpose Worker post, are eligible to apply for this state water department drive in Himachal Pradesh. Selected candidates will support HP JSV's water supply and irrigation infrastructure operations across the state. Selection is based on percentage of marks in Matriculation/Middle, BPL family marks, experience marks, and a skill/physical test. Salary is ₹7,100 per month for Para Pump Operator and Para Fitter, and ₹6,000 per month for Para Multi-purpose Worker, with no application fee for any category. • Para Pump Operator (12 posts): Matriculation (10th) with ITI certificate in Electrician/Wireman/Diesel Mechanic/Pump Mechanic/Motor Mechanic/Pump Operator cum Mechanic from a recognised ITI, OR Matriculation with certificate in the above trades under a Government Skill Development Scheme
• Para Fitter (3 posts): Matriculation (10th) with ITI certificate in Fitter/Plumber from a recognised ITI/Institute, OR Matriculation with certificate under a Government Skill Development Scheme
• Para Multi-purpose Worker (25 posts): Middle Pass or equivalent recognised by the State/Central Government

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 45 years

• Matriculation with ITI certificate in the relevant trade (Para Pump Operator, Para Fitter), or Middle Pass (Para Multi-purpose Worker)
• Age 18 to 45 years
• Selection also considers BPL family status and relevant experience

• No application fee for any category

• Para Pump Operator: ₹7,100 per month
• Para Fitter: ₹7,100 per month
• Para Multi-purpose Worker: ₹6,000 per month
