HSSC CET Group C 2026 — Common Eligibility Test, Haryana 12th Pass Level

The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has released the Common Eligibility Test (CET) notification for Group C posts. This CET serves as a gateway exam for all Group C positions (Clerk, Patwari, Steno-Typist, Gram Sachiv, Canal Patwari, JE, and similar 12th-pass level posts) across Haryana Government departments, boards, and corporations. The CET is an objective-type offline OMR exam at Intermediate (12th) level. This is separate from the HSSC CET Group D (Advt 05/2026, 10th-pass level). Candidates who passed CET Group D can apply separately for Group C. Post-wise vacancy details will be published separately when departments advertise positions. Apply through the HSSC One Time Registration (OTR) portal.

* 12th pass (Intermediate/HSC) from a recognized board. * Must have studied Hindi or Sanskrit up to Matric level. * Must be domicile/permanent resident of Haryana. * Age 18–42 years (relaxation per Haryana Govt rules).

As per Haryana Group C pay scales

1. Go to onetimeregn.haryana.gov.in (HSSC OTR portal). 2. Complete One Time Registration if not already done. 3. Select CET Group C notification and fill the application. 4. Pay fee online and submit before 30 June 2026.
