HSSC CET Group D 2026 — Common Eligibility Test, Haryana Govt Departments

The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has released the Common Eligibility Test (CET) notification for Group D posts under Advt. No. 05/2026, dated 18 June 2026. This CET serves as a gateway exam for all Group D positions (Peon, Sweeper, Beldar, Chowkidar, Animal Attendant, Mali, etc.) across Haryana Government departments, boards, corporations, and statutory bodies. The CET is a 100-mark, 100-question offline OMR exam at Matriculation level with a duration of 1 hour 45 minutes. There is no negative marking for wrong answers. Selection for specific posts will happen later when departments advertise vacancies — candidates will be shortlisted from CET merit list. Candidates must be Haryana domicile. Post-wise vacancy details will be published separately by HSSC.

Matriculation (10th pass) from a recognized board + Hindi or Sanskrit studied up to Matric level

18–42 years as on 03 July 2026; relaxation up to 52 years for combined reserved category benefits per Haryana Govt rules

• Matriculation (10th pass) from a recognized board.
• Must have studied Hindi or Sanskrit as a subject up to Matric level.
• Must be domicile/permanent resident of Haryana.
• Age 18–42 years as on 03 July 2026 (relaxation per Haryana Govt rules).
• Sweeper, Chowkidar, and Sweeper-cum-Chowkidar posts may have different educational requirements.

₹100 (Male General/EWS); ₹50 (Male SC/OBC of Haryana); free for Female, ESM, PwBD. If already registered for CET Group C (Advt 01/2025), no fee.

As per Haryana Group D pay scales

1. Go to onetimeregn.haryana.gov.in (HSSC One Time Registration portal).
2. If new: complete OTR (One Time Registration) first. If already registered for CET Group C, log in with existing credentials.
3. Select Advt. 05/2026 (CET Group D) and fill the application form.
4. Pay ₹100 (Gen Male) / ₹50 (SC/OBC Male) / Nil (Female/ESM/PwBD) and submit before 03 July 2026.
