• Strong research record or demonstrated potential in asset pricing, corporate finance, market microstructure, or related areas of Microeconomics/Financial Economics
• Proficiency in econometric and statistical tools (R, Python, Stata or similar) and experience working with large financial and market datasets
• Exposure to AI workflow design is an added advantage

• Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral qualification in Finance, Economics, or a closely related field from a top-tier institution
• Recently submitted thesis or nearing PhD completion also eligible, with degree certificate due within 6 months of appointment
• Strong research record in asset pricing, corporate finance, market microstructure, or related Microeconomics/Financial Economics areas
