Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bhilai has released the Junior Research Fellow Recruitment 2026 for 1 contractual vacancy in VLSI and semiconductor research. Selected candidates require a B.E./B.Tech. in ECE or allied branches with 60% marks plus GATE/UGC-NET JRF/CSIR NET JRF and 2 years of VLSI experience, or an M.E./M.Tech. in ECE with the same qualification. Knowledge of semiconductor devices, MOS Device Physics, CMOS circuit design, Memory Design, EDA/TCAD, Cadence, and Verilog is required. The Junior Research Fellow post carries a salary of Rs. 37,000 per month plus 18% HRA, with selection through an Interview. • Knowledge of semiconductor devices, CMOS design, Cadence, Verilog
