Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has released the Junior Research Fellow and Research Associate Recruitment 2026 for 2 contractual vacancies in a photonics research project. Selected candidates for Jr. Research Fellow require a 1st class B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, ECE, Physics, or Engineering Physics, with strong electromagnetics knowledge, while Research Associate requires a PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Photonics with a research focus in photonic circuit design. Salaries are Rs. 37,000 per month plus HRA for Jr. Research Fellow and Rs. 58,000 per month plus HRA for Research Associate, with selection through Shortlisting and an Online Interview.
