  • Ex-Servicemen may deduct Armed Forces service from actual age, up to 3 years beyond the maximum limit; an additional 5-year relaxation applies for casual-worker weightage claimants

  • Candidates must be Domicile holders of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir with a valid Domicile Certificate issued on or before the cut-off date
  • Class-IV (MTS): Matriculation minimum to 10+2 maximum
  • Sanitation Worker: 8th Pass minimum to 10+2 maximum
  • Age reckoned as on 01.01.2026, with maximum limits ranging from 40 to 43 years by category
  • Candidates possessing qualification other than what is prescribed will not be eligible and their candidature is liable to be summarily rejected at any stage
