JSSC Sahayak Aacharya Recruitment 2026 — 7299 Posts, Apply by 30 Aug (Jharkhand)

Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has released the Sahayak Aacharya Recruitment 2026 notification under Advertisement No. 04/2026 for 7,299 Assistant Acharya (Para Teacher) posts in government schools across Jharkhand. Of the total, 6,101 are regular vacancies and 1,198 are backlog vacancies, distributed district-wise across all 24 districts of Jharkhand. Selection will be made through the Jharkhand Trained Assistant Acharya Combined Competitive Examination (JTAACCE) 2026 conducted by JSSC for the School Education and Literacy Department. This is the largest Jharkhand government job 2026 notification released so far this year. Selected Assistant Acharya will teach in primary schools (Classes 1 to 5) and upper primary schools (Classes 6 to 8) in Language, Social Science, Mathematics and Science across government schools in Jharkhand. The JTAACCE 2026 selection process consists of a written examination, preparation of a merit list based on written exam marks, document verification, and final appointment subject to reservation rules. The salary for JSSC Sahayak Aacharya 2026 is ₹25,500 to ₹81,100 per month at Pay Level 4 for Classes 1 to 5 and ₹29,200 to ₹92,300 per month at Pay Level 5 for Classes 6 to 8, plus Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance and other state allowances. The last date to apply for JSSC Para Teacher Recruitment 2026 is 30 August 2026, with fee payment open until 01 September 2026 and a correction window from 05 to 07 September 2026. Application fee is ₹100 for UR/EWS/EBC-I/BC-II and ₹50 for SC/ST candidates with Jharkhand domicile. • Intermediate Trained Assistant Acharya (Classes 1 to 5): 10+2 Intermediate with prescribed minimum marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.), Diploma in Elementary Education (Special Education), 4-year B.El.Ed., or Graduation with D.El.Ed.
• Graduate Trained Assistant Acharya (Classes 6 to 8) Language: Graduation in the concerned language subject with B.Ed., Integrated B.Ed. (B.A. B.Ed. / B.Sc. B.Ed.), or other NCTE-recognised teacher education qualification
• Graduate Trained Assistant Acharya (Classes 6 to 8) Social Science: Graduation with Social Science or Humanities as prescribed with B.Ed. or Integrated B.Ed.
• Graduate Trained Assistant Acharya (Classes 6 to 8) Science and Mathematics: Graduation in Mathematics, Science or relevant subject combination with B.Ed. or B.Sc. B.Ed.
• Valid JTET, CTET or other recognised Teacher Eligibility Test qualification is mandatory for all posts

• Minimum age: 21 years as on 01 August 2026
• UR / EWS: maximum 35 years
• BC-I / BC-II (Male): maximum 37 years
• Female candidates (UR / EWS / BC): maximum 38 years
• SC / ST (Male and Female): maximum 40 years

• Passed 10+2 Intermediate with D.El.Ed. or B.El.Ed. for Classes 1 to 5 posts
• Graduation in the relevant subject with B.Ed. or Integrated B.Ed. for Classes 6 to 8 posts
