KEA Land Surveyor (Bhoomapaka) 2026 — Karnataka Land Records Department (750 Posts)

KEA has released the notification for 750 Land Surveyor (Bhoomapaka) posts in the Karnataka Survey, Settlement and Land Records Department — 560 under the general/state cadre and 190 under the Kalyana-Karnataka cadre. Land Surveyors conduct property surveys, boundary mapping, land measurement, and digital record maintenance across Karnataka's 31 districts. This is one of the largest Karnataka state recruitments in 2026. Engineering degree/diploma holders AND Science/Agriculture graduates are eligible. Selection through Competitive Written Examination (OMR) + Practical Test + Certificate Verification. Apply through KEA portal before 07 August 2026.

B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in any Engineering branch OR Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, IT, Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication, or Agriculture from a recognized university

18–40 years (General); up to 45 years for SC/ST/Cat-1 candidates. Relaxation per Karnataka Govt rules.

• B.E./B.Tech or 3-year Diploma in any Engineering branch from a recognized institution.
• OR Degree in Mathematics/Physics/Computer Science/IT/Instrumentation/Electronics & Communication/Agriculture.
• Must know Kannada (studied up to SSLC level).
• Age 18–40 years (relaxation per Karnataka rules).
