KEA has released the notification for 572 Village Administrative Officer (VAO) posts under the Revenue Department, Government of Karnataka. VAOs (previously called Village Accountants) manage land records, revenue collection, disaster management, welfare scheme implementation, and administrative functions at the village level. This is a permanent government post with state pay scales. VAO is one of the most sought-after Karnataka state government positions.
