Qualification

  • MBBS from a recognised university or institution is the basic requirement for all posts.
  • PG Degree, DNB or PG Diploma in the concerned specialty (MDS for dental), from a recognised institution, with registration in the Delhi Medical Council.
  • If no PG candidate is available in a specialty, MBBS doctors with at least 2 years of experience in a recognised 100-bedded hospital, including 1 year in the concerned specialty, may be considered.
  • Non-PG candidates can apply directly only for the 2 Paediatrics posts (UR-1, OBC-1); for other departments they may be engaged provisionally and replaced when a PG candidate joins.
  • Valid Delhi Medical Council registration is mandatory at the time of interview.
  • Minimum percentage of marks: not specified; PG Degree carries 20 marks, PG Diploma 17 and non-PG with experience 14 in the selection.

Eligibility

  • MBBS plus PG Degree / DNB / PG Diploma in the concerned specialty
