RVUNL JE, Junior Accountant & Junior Assistant Recruitment 2026 — 2005 Posts, Apply 5-25 Aug (Rajasthan)

Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (RVUNL), on behalf of all five Rajasthan State Power Companies — RVUN, RVPN, JVVN, AVVN and JdVVN — has released the Common Recruitment Exercise 2026 for 2,005 government job vacancies across Junior Engineer-I, Junior Accountant and Junior Assistant/Commercial Assistant-II posts. This follows the short notice under Advt No. RVUN/Rectt.-2026-27/01 published on 25 June 2026, followed by two detailed advertisements — RVUN/Rectt.-2026-27/02 for Junior Engineer-I and RVUN/Rectt.-2026-27/03 for Junior Accountant and Junior Assistant/Commercial Assistant-II — both dated 04 August 2026. This is one of the largest PSU recruitment drives in Rajasthan's power sector this year, and eligibility differs sharply by post: Junior Engineer-I requires a full 4-year Engineering Degree, Junior Accountant requires a Commerce/Business Administration degree or equivalent professional qualification, and Junior Assistant/Commercial Assistant-II requires only 12th Pass plus a computer qualification. Selected candidates will be posted across Rajasthan's five state power companies in technical and administrative roles supporting electricity generation, transmission and distribution, initially engaged as "Probationer Trainee" for 2 years. Junior Engineer-I and Junior Accountant carry Pay Level-10, with ₹23,700 per month during the 2-year probation and ₹33,800 basic pay thereafter, while Junior Assistant/Commercial Assistant-II carries Pay Level-5, with ₹14,600 per month during probation and ₹20,800 basic pay thereafter, plus DA, HRA, Transport Allowance and other applicable benefits. The RVUNL Recruitment 2026 online application opened on 05 August 2026 at 10:00 AM and closes on 25 August 2026 at midnight, submitted only through energy.rajasthan.gov.in or the Nigam-specific sub-portals. Junior Engineer-I (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil) — 869 posts: Full-Time 4-year Graduation Degree in Engineering (regular student) in the relevant discipline, or AMIE in an equivalent discipline, from a University/Institution recognised by AICTE. Diploma holders are not eligible for Junior Engineer-I. Junior Accountant — 371 posts: Graduation Degree in Commerce or Business Administration from a recognised University; or Intermediate exam of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, Kolkata; or IPCC/Intermediate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India; or MBA (or equivalent 2-year PG Diploma); or M.Com — plus a recognised computer qualification. Junior Assistant/Commercial Assistant-II — 765 posts: Senior Secondary (12th) Examination from a recognised Board or equivalent, plus a recognised computer qualification (DOEACC/NIELIT/COPA/RSCIT or equivalent).

• Junior Engineer-I: Full-time 4-year Engineering Degree (or AMIE) in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil discipline as applicable — Diploma not accepted
• Junior Accountant: Commerce/Business Administration degree, or ICAI/ICWA Intermediate, or MBA, or M.Com, plus computer qualification
• Junior Assistant/Commercial Assistant-II: 12th Pass plus computer qualification
• Working knowledge of Hindi in Devnagri script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture required for all posts
