SAIL BSP Apprentice Recruitment 2026 — 710 Posts, Apply by 20 Oct

• Graduate/Diploma Apprentice (194 posts across Ceramic Technology, Chemical, Civil, Computer Science, EEE, Electrical, Mechanical/Mechatronics, Metallurgy, Electronics & Telecom, IT, Automobile, Electronics & Communication, Production, BA/B.Sc/B.Com/BCA/BBA, B.Sc Nursing, GNM, Physiotherapy, DMLT, DRT, DXT, DOTT, DEO, D.Pharma) — Degree/Diploma in the respective discipline from a Govt.-recognised Institute/University
• Candidate must have passed the qualifying examination as a regular student in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026
• Candidates whose qualifying-exam result is not yet declared as on the last date of application are not eligible
• Candidates who have already undergone, or are currently undergoing, apprenticeship training, or who have 1+ years of job experience, are not eligible
• Age: Minimum 18 years, Maximum 28 years, as on 31 October 2026
• Reservation: As per Govt. of Chhattisgarh guidelines, with applicable age relaxation for reserved categories
• Job Type: Apprenticeship Training (1 year) under the Apprentices Act, 1961 — BSP has no obligation to offer regular employment during or after training

₹9,600/month (ITI Trade Apprentice); ₹10,900/month (Technician Diploma Apprentice); ₹12,300/month (Graduate Apprentice), or as prescribed by MSDE, Govt. of India

1. For ITI Trade Apprentices: Register on apprenticeshipindia.org, log in, go to Apprenticeship Opportunity, search Establishment Name "SAIL BHILAI STEEL PLANT", and apply against your prescribed trade.
2. For Graduate/Diploma Apprentices: Register on nats.education.gov.in (NATS), log in, go to Establishment Requests, select "Steel Authority of India Limited, Bhilai Steel Plant", and apply in your passed-out discipline.
3. Ensure you have an active e-mail ID and mobile number valid for at least one year, since all communication is via e-mail only.
4. Ensure your bank account is DBT-enabled with KYC verified before registering.
5. Enter your qualifying-exam marks as a percentage; convert CGPA per your board/university's own norms.
6. Review all details before final submission and take a printout of the filled-in online application.
7. Submit the application on the respective portal on or before 20 October 2026.
8. Attend the mandatory walk-in selection at Room No. 123, HRDC, Bhilai Steel Plant, Chhattisgarh 490001, as per the trade-wise schedule between 27 October and 21 November 2026, reporting time 9:30-10:30 AM.
9. Carry original documents at the walk-in: Matriculation certificate, Provisional Pass Certificate, SC/ST/OBC/PH certificate (if applicable), Aadhaar/Passbook, Medical Fitness Certificate from a Government Hospital, and NAPS/NATS Registration copy.
