SCCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 is out — The Singareni Collieries Company Limited has released Ref. No. CRP/HRD/V/G&D/2026/1185 inviting applications for 300 Graduate (Engineering & Non-Engineering) and Diploma Apprenticeship slots under the Apprentices Act, 1961, for 2026-2027. Is this notification out? Yes — online applications are open 06 to 16 August 2026, offering candidates who passed out between 2022 and 2026 a one-year paid apprenticeship at India's largest coal mining PSU. The 300 slots split as 150 for Engineering Graduates (Mining 40, EEE 35, ECE 10, CSE 10, IT 5, Mechanical 35, Civil 15), 100 for Non-Engineering Graduates (BA 25, B.Sc 30, B.Com 25, BBA 5, BCA 5, B.Pharmacy 10), and 50 for Diploma Holders (Mining 20, EEE 10, Mechanical 10, Civil 10). Slots are tentative and may be diverted between branches based on applications received. Selection has no written exam — it is based on inter-se seniority by year of passing and merit within that year, with priority for SCCL/Retired Employee Children and PAF/PDF candidates, and reservation followed per SCCL policy. Selection for the first batch begins the first week of September 2026, after scrutiny at Area MVTCs. Candidates must register on NATS 2.0 first, then apply via the SCCL portal, then submit hard copies at their nearest Area MVTC/GVTC within the same window (06-16 August 2026). A Union Bank of India account with Aadhaar-seeding and e-KYC is mandatory for stipend disbursement via DBT. This is a one-year training engagement, not employment — the offer of Apprenticeship does not confer any right of employment in SCCL, and there is no quota for apprentices in regular job selection. No TA/DA is admissible for joining.

Engineering Graduates, Non-Engineering Graduates, and Diploma holders who have passed their qualifying examination during pass-out years 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026 only. Candidates must select the branch matching their qualification: Mining/EEE/ECE/CSE/IT/Mechanical/Civil for Engineering Graduates; BA/B.Sc/B.Com/BBA/BCA/B.Pharmacy for Non-Engineering Graduates; Mining/EEE/Mechanical/Civil for Diploma Holders. Candidates must not have already undergone or be currently registered for training under the Apprentices Act, 1961, in SCCL or any other organisation.

• This is a one-year training engagement under the Apprentices Act, 1961 — not regular employment, and confers no right or quota for future SCCL jobs

No fee for any category

₹12,300 per month (Engineering & Non-Engineering Graduates); ₹10,900 per month (Diploma Holders) — shared 50% by SCCL and 50% by BOAT (Southern Region)/NATS 2.0, credited via DBT

1. Register on the NATS 2.0 portal at nats.education.gov.in, filling all required fields and uploading certificates, to obtain a Registration Number
2. Apply through the official SCCL portal at scclmines.com/apprenticeship using the same email and mobile number as NATS
3. Enter all required information and upload photograph and original certificates
4. Take a printout of the signed application, NATS registration form, certificate copies, and first page of UBI passbook
5. Submit hard copies at your nearest Area MVTC/GVTC within the same window: 06 August 2026, 12:00 PM to 16 August 2026, 5:00 PM
6. Ensure name, DOB, and year of passing match exactly across SSC/Aadhaar/Graduate certificates
7. Open/confirm a Union Bank of India account with Aadhaar-seeding and e-KYC for DBT stipend transfer
8. Retain all submission proofs and monitor for scrutiny/selection updates
