• Controller of Examinations: Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever a grading system is followed; at least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor at Academic Level-11 and above, or 8 years of service at Academic Level-12 and above including as Professor/Associate Professor, along with educational administration experience; comparable experience in a research establishment or other higher education institution; 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years must be as Deputy Controller of Examinations or an equivalent post in a University
• Deputy Registrar: Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade; 9 years of experience as Assistant Professor at Academic Level-10 and above with educational administration experience; comparable research-establishment or higher-education experience; 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or an equivalent post
• Deputy Controller of Examinations: Master's degree in any subject with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade; 9 years of experience as Assistant Professor at Academic Level-10 and above with educational administration experience at the time of application; comparable research-establishment or higher-education experience; 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or an equivalent post
