• Deputy Librarian: Master's in Library/Information/Documentation Science with 55% marks, 8 years as Assistant University/College Librarian, ICT-based library innovations, and a Ph.D. in Library/Information Science or related field.
• Assistant Librarian: Master's in Library/Information/Documentation Science with 55% marks, knowledge of library computerisation, and NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D. as per UGC regulations.

• Assistant Manager (Publication): Master's in Social Sciences with 55% marks and 10 years' experience, including 7 years in publishing/PR, with DTP skills (CorelDraw, Ventura, Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress).
• System Analyst-cum-Programmer: First class M.E./M.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA with 2 years' experience, or first class M.Sc. (CS/IT) with 3 years' experience.
• Health Officer: MBBS with MCI/State Medical Council registration and 3 years' experience in a medical-college or corporate hospital.
• Field Work Coordinator: MSW with 55% marks and 15 years of field work experience; Counsellor: Master's in Social Work/Counselling/Applied Psychology with 10 years of adolescent counselling experience.
