Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Ltd (TMB) has released the Specialist Officer (IT) Recruitment 2026 for 8 specialist IT roles, including Software Developer, Data Scientist, Statistician, CBS Support Engineers, and Oracle HCM specialists. Selected candidates require a B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or MCA for most roles, with Manager-cadre positions requiring 5 to 8 years of relevant experience and Assistant Manager-cadre positions requiring 2 to 3 years. • Data Scientist (Manager): Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or related field, 3 years experience
• Statistician (Manager): Master's/PhD in Statistics, Mathematics or related field, 5 years experience
• Software Developer/CBS Support Engineers/Software Engineer (Assistant Manager): B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT/MCA, minimum 3 years experience
• Oracle HCM Payroll & Integrations (Assistant Manager): B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT/MCA, minimum 2 years experience
• Oracle HCM Talent, Workflow & Experience (Assistant Manager): B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT/MCA, minimum 3 years experience

• Manager cadre (Software Developer/Data Scientist/Statistician): Maximum 35 years (as on 30.06.2026)
• Assistant Manager cadre (all other posts): Maximum 30 years (as on 30.06.2026)
