Union Bank Apprentice Result 2026 — 1,865 Posts, Merit List Out

Union Bank of India (UBI) has declared the Apprentice Result 2026 for 1,865 apprenticeship seats engaged under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Candidates who sat the online examination held on 07 June 2026 can now check their qualifying status on the official Union Bank of India website. Applications for this engagement were accepted from 29 April 2026 to 19 May 2026, and the seats are spread across branches in more than 30 states and union territories. Shortlisted apprentices move next to a local language proficiency test, followed by document verification and a medical examination. Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking at least one local language of the state applied for is mandatory and is tested separately from the online examination. The engagement runs for one year with a monthly stipend of ₹15,000. Candidates should note that apprenticeship under this scheme is a structured training engagement and does not carry any assurance of permanent employment with the bank. Eligibility was restricted to graduates aged 20 to 28 years as on 01 April 2026, whose degree result was declared on or before 01 April 2026 and whose graduation is not more than four years old. Selected candidates should keep their degree certificate, mark sheets, category certificate and photo identity ready for the document verification stage.
