UPESSC Assistant Professor BEd Recruitment 2026 Re-Open — UP Higher Education Service Commission (107 Posts)

The Uttar Pradesh Higher Education Service Commission (UPESSC/UPHESC) has re-opened the application window for 107 Assistant Professor (B.Ed) posts in Government Aided Colleges under the Higher Education Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh. The last date for the re-opened application is 20 July 2026. Candidates who could not apply earlier or wish to update their applications must complete the process through the official UPHESC website at uphesc.org before the closing date. Candidates must hold a Post Graduate degree in the relevant subject with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD candidates) from a UGC recognised university, along with a B.Ed or equivalent degree. As per UGC regulations, candidates must also have qualified NET/SLET or possess a Ph.D degree in the relevant subject. The selection will be based on a Written Test followed by an Interview as per UPHESC norms. Selected Assistant Professors will be posted in Government Aided Degree Colleges across Uttar Pradesh and will receive salary as per the UGC 7th Pay Commission pay scales.
