UPSRLM Various Posts 2026 — District & Block Level, UP Rural Livelihood Mission (3,447 Posts)

The Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission (UPSRLM), under the Rural Development Department, Govt. of UP, has released a massive notification for 3,447 District and Block Level posts through the UP Sewayojan (Rojgar Sangam) Portal. Posts include District Mission Manager (Non-Farm Livelihood, VCD & Market Linkage, Financial Inclusion), Block Mission Manager, District & Block Account Assistant, and District & Block DEO/MIS across all 75 districts of UP. Important: These are outsourcing/contractual positions, NOT permanent government jobs. Selection through application screening, Computer Based Test (CBT) with general and technical sections, skill test (if applicable), and document verification. No application fee for any category. Apply through the UP Sewayojan portal AND complete follow-up registration on the UIS Tech portal.

District Mission Manager: Post-Graduate (MBA/MSW/Rural Development/Economics/Commerce). Block Mission Manager: Graduate/PG in relevant discipline. Account Assistant: B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter. DEO/MIS: Graduate with CCC/BCA/B.Sc IT/B.Tech IT/PGDCA.

21–50 years; relaxation per UP Govt rules

• District Mission Manager: Post-Graduate in MBA/MSW/Rural Development/Economics/Commerce or equivalent + relevant experience.
• Block Mission Manager: Graduate/PG in relevant discipline + rural development experience preferred.
• Account Assistant: B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter or equivalent.
• DEO/MIS: Graduate with CCC/BCA/B.Sc IT/B.Tech IT/PGDCA or equivalent computer certification.
• Age 21–50 years (relaxation per UP Govt rules).

District Mission Manager: ₹63,000/month; Block Mission Manager: ₹35,000/month; Account Assistant: ₹16,800–₹36,000/month; DEO/MIS: ₹16,800–₹25,000/month
