UPSSSC Auditor & Assistant Accountant 2026 — 1,829 Posts (Applications Open 14 July)

UPSSSC has released the notification (Advt. No. 14-Exam/2026, dated 3 June 2026) for 1,829 posts of Auditor (Lekha Pareekshak) and Assistant Accountant (Sahayak Lekhakaar) across 22 UP government departments. Note: Applications open on 14 July 2026 and close on 3 August 2026 — the apply window is not open yet. This is a Main Examination open only to PET-2025–qualified candidates; selection is via the Main Exam and document verification.

B.Com (Commerce graduation) + 'O' Level computer certificate + valid UPSSSC PET-2025 score card (varies slightly by department)

21–40 years as on 01 July 2026; relaxation per UP rules

• B.Com (Commerce graduation) from a recognized university, with accountancy knowledge at accountant level.
• An 'O' Level computer certificate from a government-recognized institution.
• A valid UPSSSC PET-2025 score card (mandatory).
• Age 21–40 years as on 01 July 2026 (relaxation per UP rules).
• Requirements vary slightly by department — check the post-wise table in the notification.

₹25 online processing fee (all categories) — confirm on notification

Pay Level 5 — ₹29,200 to ₹92,300 per month (7th Pay Commission Pay Matrix) plus Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Travel Allowance, Medical Allowance and other UP Government admissible allowances. Approximate in-hand salary: ₹41,000 to ₹48,000 per month depending on posting location and city classification.

1. From 14 July 2026, go to upsssc.gov.in and log in with your PET-2025 registration number.
2. Open Advt. No. 14-Exam/2026 (Auditor & Assistant Accountant).
3. Fill the form, upload photo and signature, and pay the ₹25 processing fee.
4. Submit before 03 August 2026. Fee/correction allowed till 10 August 2026.
