UPSSSC Vidhan Bhawan Guard & Fire Guard 2026 — Rakshak & Agnik (170 Posts) — Applications Open 09 June

The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has released the notification (Advt. No. 09-Exam/2026) for 170 posts — 120 Vidhan Bhawan Rakshak (Council House Guard) and 50 Vidhan Bhawan Agnik/Agnirakshak (Fire Guard) under the Secretariat Administration Department. Applications open on 09 June 2026 and close on 29 June 2026. This is the Main Examination for PET-2025–qualified candidates. Preference is given to candidates with 2+ years of Territorial Army service or NCC 'B' Certificate. Selection involves PET-2025 shortlisting, a Main Written Exam, Physical Measurement Test, Physical Efficiency Test, and Document Verification.

* Intermediate (12th Pass) from a recognized board. * Must hold a valid UPSSSC PET-2025 score card (mandatory). * Age 18–40 years as on 01 July 2026 (relaxation per UP rules). * Must meet prescribed physical standards (height, chest, endurance). * Preference for Territorial Army (2+ years) or NCC 'B' Certificate holders.

1. From 09 June 2026, go to upsssc.gov.in and log in with your PET-2025 registration number. 2. Open Advt. No. 09-Exam/2026 (Vidhan Bhawan Rakshak / Agnik). 3. Fill the form, upload photo and signature, and pay the ₹25 processing fee. 4. Submit before 29 June 2026 and save the confirmation.
