Airports Authority of India (AAI), a Schedule A Mini Ratna Category-I Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Civil Aviation, has released the AAI Manager and Junior Executive Recruitment 2026 notification under Advertisement No. 12/2026/CHQ/DR-CBT for 389 vacancies across 15 disciplines. The recruitment comprises 260 Manager posts and 129 Junior Executive posts. AAI is responsible for creating, upgrading, maintaining and managing civil aviation infrastructure on the ground and in Indian airspace, making this one of the largest central PSU recruitment drives of 2026. Selected candidates will be posted anywhere in India across AAI airports and regional offices in disciplines including Engineering Civil, Engineering Electrical, Finance, Information Technology, Architecture, Law, Operations, Commercial, Fire Services, Corporate Planning, Corporate Communications, and Survey and Cartography. The highest number of vacancies is for Manager (Engineering-Civil) with 145 posts, followed by Junior Executive (Operations) with 79 posts and Junior Executive (Finance) with 36 posts. The AAI 2026 selection process consists of a Computer Based Test followed by application verification, with an additional interview stage for Manager posts under post codes 1 to 11. The salary for AAI Junior Executive 2026 is ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000 per month at E-1 level and for AAI Manager is ₹60,000 to ₹1,80,000 per month at E-3 level under the IDA pay pattern. • Manager posts: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology, MBA, or professional qualification such as CA, ICWA or Law in the relevant discipline with minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience
• Junior Executive posts: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology or the relevant professional qualification in the applied discipline. No prior experience required for most Junior Executive posts.

• Approximate annual CTC for Junior Executive is around ₹14 lakh including Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Provident Fund, gratuity, medical benefits and performance-linked incentives
