THDC Recruitment 2026 is out: THDC India Limited (THDCIL), the Miniratna hydro and power PSU under the Ministry of Power, has released Advertisement No. 06/2026 for 10 senior executive posts in Finance and HR. The vacancies are Senior Manager (E-6) — 2 Finance and 2 HR, Deputy General Manager (E-7) — 2 Finance and 2 HR, and Additional General Manager (E-8) — 1 Finance and 1 HR, split as UR 7 and OBC 3. • Finance posts (Senior Manager, DGM, AGM): Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) from ICMAI.
• HR posts: full-time MBA with HRM/HRD as the major specialisation, or PG degree in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare, or two-year full-time PG Diploma in PM&IR / Labour Welfare — each with at least 60% marks; or Master's in Social Work (MSW) or MHROD from a recognised institution.
• LLB is desirable for HR posts but not mandatory.
• Senior Manager (E-6): 13 years of post-qualification executive experience, including at least 2 years in the immediately lower grade.
• Deputy General Manager (E-7): 17 years of post-qualification executive experience, including 2 years in the immediately lower grade.
• Additional General Manager (E-8): 21 years of post-qualification executive experience, including 2 years in the immediately lower grade.
• Finance experience must be in accounts, finance or internal audit; HR experience in human resources or industrial relations; experience in PSUs, government or large reputed private firms is preferred.

• Senior Manager: up to 48 years as on 07.10.2026
• Deputy General Manager: up to 50 years; Additional General Manager: up to 53 years
• SC/ST: 5 years; OBC (NCL): 3 years; PwBD: 10 years (13 for OBC, 15 for SC/ST); J&K domicile (1980–89): 5 years; Ex-Servicemen as per GoI rules
• Maximum age after relaxation: 58 years

• CA/CMA for Finance posts; MBA (HRM)/PG in PM&IR/Labour Welfare (60%) or MSW/MHROD for HR posts
• Post-qualification executive experience: 13 years (SM), 17 years (DGM), 21 years (AGM), with 2 years in the immediately lower grade
• Age as on 07 October 2026: up to 48 (SM), 50 (DGM) and 53 (AGM) years
• Age relaxation for SC/ST, OBC-NCL, PwBD, J&K domicile and Ex-Servicemen, up to a maximum of 58 years
