Bank of Baroda Apprentice 2026 — BOB Apprenticeship (5,000 Posts)

Bank of Baroda has released a notification (Advt. No. BOB/HRM/APPRENTICE/ADVT/2026/01) for the engagement of 5,000 Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961, across all states and union territories. Selected candidates undergo 1 year of on-the-job training at BOB branches with a monthly stipend of ₹15,000. Selection is through an Online Written Exam (conducted by BFSI SSC), Document Verification, and a Local Language Test. Important: This is an apprenticeship for training purposes — it does not guarantee permanent employment with Bank of Baroda. Candidates must register on the NAPS or NATS portal before applying.

Graduation (Bachelor's degree in any discipline) from a recognized university

20–28 years as on 01 May 2026; relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD per govt norms

• Graduation (Bachelor's degree) in any discipline from a recognized university — must be completed as on 01 May 2026.
• NATS candidates: graduation must not be more than 4 years prior to 01 May 2026.
• Age 20–28 years as on 01 May 2026 (relaxation per govt norms for reserved categories).
• Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship or have 1+ year job experience after graduation are NOT eligible.
• Can apply for one state/UT only.

As per notification — paid online via BFSI SSC portal

₹15,000/month stipend during 1-year apprenticeship training

1. Register on the NAPS or NATS portal (if not done already) and note your registration ID.
2. Go to bankofbaroda.in → Careers → Apprentice Recruitment 2026.
3. Complete the Application cum Examination Form through BFSI SSC.
4. Pay the fee online and submit before 08 June 2026. Save the acknowledgement.
