Overview
Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna defence public sector undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, has released its Graduate Apprenticeship Training (GAPP) 2026-27 walk-in notification under Advt No. BEL/CLD/APP/GAPP/2026-27/01. Engineering graduates from the Southern Region can join a one-year apprenticeship under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) at BEL Bengaluru, one of India's premier electronics and defence manufacturers. This is a sought-after Karnataka sarkari naukri 2026 opening for fresh and recently passed BE/BTech candidates across 14 disciplines. Selected apprentices train at BEL's Centre for Learning & Development, Jalahalli, Bengaluru, gaining hands-on exposure to state-of-the-art defence electronics, radars, and communication systems. Selection is based purely on marks scored in the walk-in written test held across 6, 7 and 8 August 2026, with the schedule split discipline-wise — there is no interview. Apprentices receive a consolidated monthly stipend of ₹17,500, shared between BEL and the Government through DBT. Candidates domiciled in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala or Puducherry, holding a BE/BTech degree obtained on or after 01 July 2022, may report directly for the written test on their discipline's scheduled date. There is no online application and no fee. Read the complete official BEL GAPP 2026 notification on bel-india.in and register on the NATS/BoAT Southern Region portal before attending.
