BEL Graduate Apprentice GAPP 2026 — Walk-in 6–8 August (Karnataka)

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna defence public sector undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, has released its Graduate Apprenticeship Training (GAPP) 2026-27 walk-in notification under Advt No. BEL/CLD/APP/GAPP/2026-27/01. Engineering graduates from the Southern Region can join a one-year apprenticeship under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) at BEL Bengaluru, one of India's premier electronics and defence manufacturers. Engineering/Technology graduation (BE/BTech) from a recognised university/board, passed on or after 01-07-2022, with minimum 60% marks for General/OBC and 50% for SC/ST. Applicable across 14 disciplines: Mechanical, Industrial Engineering & Management, Industrial Production, Mechatronics, Chemical, Electrical & Electronics, Electrical, Civil, B.Arch, Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication and allied Electronics branches. Registration under the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BoAT), Southern Region on the NATS portal is required for engagement.

Maximum 25 years, with age relaxation as per Government of India apprenticeship rules for reserved categories.

No application fee for any category. This is a direct walk-in written test.

Consolidated stipend of ₹17,500 per month for the one-year training period (₹13,000 paid by BEL and ₹4,500 by the Government through Direct Benefit Transfer).

2. Confirm your discipline and its scheduled walk-in written test date and reporting time from the notification.
3. Register on the NATS portal of the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BoAT), Southern Region, and keep your enrolment number ready.
4. Verify that your BE/BTech degree was obtained on or after 01 July 2022 and that you meet the minimum percentage requirement.
5. Prepare original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies — degree certificate, all semester mark sheets, and 10th certificate.
6. Carry a valid government photo ID proof such as Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID or Passport.
7. Carry your caste/category certificate if claiming age relaxation, and NATS/BoAT registration proof.
8. Bring recent passport-size photographs for verification at the test centre.
9. Report to the Centre for Learning & Development, BEL, Jalahalli Post, Bengaluru – 560013 well before the scheduled time on your discipline's date.
10. Appear for the written test; selection is based solely on written test marks and results are communicated by email.
