Coal India MT 2026 — Management Trainee Various Disciplines (660 Posts)

Coal India Limited (CIL) has released Advt. No. 03/2026 for 660 Management Trainee posts in E-1 grade across various disciplines — Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, System E&T, and others. Unlike the Mining MT (GATE-based), selection for this recruitment is through a Computer-Based Test (CBT), followed by document verification and medical examination. GATE score is not required.

B.E./B.Tech or relevant degree in the respective discipline with 60% (55% for reserved) — varies by discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, System E&T, etc.)

30 years max as on 30 April 2026; relaxation per govt norms

• B.E./B.Tech or relevant degree in the respective discipline with at least 60% marks (55% for reserved categories).
• GATE score not required — selection via CBT.
• Age: maximum 30 years as on 30 April 2026 (relaxation per norms).
