The selection process for ESIC Ranchi Faculty 2026 is based on academic credentials and interview performance before a Selection Board, with no separate written examination. Pay ranges from ₹67,700 for Assistant Professor and Senior Resident to ₹1,23,100 for Professor under 7th CPC pay levels, plus applicable allowances, on a contractual engagement of 1 year extendable up to 3 years. • Updated State/NMC Medical Registration for the applied post and department
• Age: 69 years max (Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor); 45 years (Senior Resident, general); 50 years (Senior Resident, select pre-clinical/para-clinical departments)
• Contractual engagement, 1 year extendable up to 3 years or till a regular incumbent joins
