• Chief Training & Placement Officer: MBA or equivalent PG management degree (55%) and BE/B.Tech in any branch, with 10 years experience including 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Deputy Controller of Finance: Master's in Commerce or Business Administration (Finance) with 55%, holding an analogous post or regular service at Level 11/10
• Training & Placement Officer: MBA (55%) with 4 years in HR management or training and placement
• Veterinary Officer: BVSc & AH (55%) with State Veterinary Council or VCI registration and 3 years experience
• Assistant Warden: Graduate in any discipline (55%) with 5 years experience in managing a hostel
• Assistant Section Officer: Bachelor's degree (50%) plus a 6-month computer certificate/diploma (exempt for BCA/IT/CS/Electronics graduates), with 8 years at Level 4 and working knowledge of office procedure

• Deputation posts: not exceeding 56 years
• Contract posts: as per GGSIPU rules
• Assistant Section Officer (direct): not exceeding 35 years, relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/PwD

• Degrees with at least 55% marks for most posts (50% for Assistant Section Officer)
