3. Select Advertisement No. 458/2026-27, Staff Nurse, Class-3, and click Apply.
4. Read the "More Details" notification carefully before proceeding.
5. Click "Apply Now", enter your Registration Number and date of birth, then "Apply with OTR" to open the application; fill in Personal Details.
6. Fill in Educational Details in the next step.
7. Accept the declaration and click Save to generate your Application Number.
8. Upload photograph (5 cm × 3.6 cm, white background, JPG under 15 KB) and signature (2.5 cm × 7.5 cm, JPG under 15 KB).
9. Click "Confirm Application" after final review — no edits are possible afterward; a Confirmation Number is generated.
10. Print and retain the confirmed application, and pay the requisite exam fee online by 15 October 2026, 11:59 PM.
