HAL Recruitment 2026 — 30 Posts, Apply Online by 12 Aug (All India)

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), the Maharatna defence PSU under the Ministry of Defence that builds and overhauls aircraft, helicopters and aero-engines for the Indian armed forces, has released HAL Recruitment 2026 under Advertisement No. HAL/CHRC-TM/RECTT-01/2026 for 30 executive vacancies. The drive covers Finance Officer in Grade-II, Deputy Manager Finance in Grade-III, and Manager Design in Grade-IV across the Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics disciplines. Chartered Accountants, cost accountants and engineering graduates with relevant post-qualification experience form the eligible pool for this central government PSU job. The post-wise split is 17 Finance Officer (Grade-II), 8 Deputy Manager Finance (Grade-III), 3 Manager Design Electrical (Grade-IV), 1 Manager Design Mechanical (Grade-IV) and 1 Manager Design Electronics (Grade-IV). Selected Finance executives will handle accounting, costing, budgeting and financial concurrence across HAL divisions, while Design Managers will work on aerospace systems design and development at HAL design bureaux. • Finance Officer (Grade-II) and Dy. Manager (Finance) (Grade-III): Bachelor's Degree with a pass in the final examination of CA or ICWA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. MBA (Finance) is NOT an accepted qualification for these posts. No minimum percentage of marks applies to the Finance discipline.
• Manager (Design) Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics (Grade-IV): Degree in Engineering or Technology along with M.E or M.Tech from institutes or universities recognised by appropriate statutory authorities. Minimum 70% aggregate for UR / OBC / EWS and 60% for SC / ST / PwBD, in both B.E/B.Tech and M.E/M.Tech.
• Qualifications must be from Regular or Full Time courses only. Correspondence, Distance Education, Part Time and E-Learning qualifications are not accepted.
• Manager (Design) Mechanical (Grade-IV): Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university with relevant design experience
• Manager (Design) Electrical (Grade-IV): Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognised university with relevant design experience
• Manager (Design) Electronics (Grade-IV): Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electronics and Communication Engineering with relevant design experience

• Post-qualification experience as prescribed for each grade in Advt No. HAL/CHRC-TM/RECTT-01/2026
• Age limit as specified post-wise in the detailed advertisement
• Age relaxation for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PwBD and Ex-servicemen candidates as per Government of India rules
• Indian citizenship mandatory

Industrial Dearness Allowance pattern pay scales applicable to HAL executive grades:

• Finance Officer (Grade-II) and Deputy Manager Finance (Grade-III): executive scale as per HAL rules
• Manager Design (Grade-IV): executive scale as per HAL rules
