Junior Engineer (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering (3 years after SSC or 2 years after HSC) from a State Board of Technical Education, or higher relevant qualification, with minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in supervision, quality control and billing of multi-storey building construction with an established firm. Foreman Electrical: SSC plus ITI (Electrical), NCVT/SCVT 2-year full-time course from a Government-recognised institute, with 7 years' experience after ITI, or 6 years' experience after ITI plus Apprenticeship, in electrical maintenance in Industry/Commercial Establishment/Hospitals.

• Foreman Electrical: Maximum 35 years
