Overview
Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), one of India's Maharatna Public Sector Undertakings under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, has announced recruitment for 358 Graduate Apprentice Trainee posts across its refineries, terminals, regional offices, and other locations pan India. Engineering graduates from AICTE approved institutions in disciplines including Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, Computer Science, and Information Technology are eligible to apply through the official Apprenticeship India portal.
This apprenticeship is conducted under the Apprentices Act 1961 and provides one year of structured, hands-on training at HPCL's world-class petroleum installations and facilities. Graduate Apprentice Trainees receive a monthly stipend as per the Apprentices Act 2016 and gain valuable industry exposure with one of India's leading oil and gas companies. Many HPCL apprentices have been successfully absorbed into permanent positions or used this experience as a launchpad for careers in the oil and gas sector.
